Neurova started from a straightforward observation: many Malaysian businesses were curious about AI, but most vendors were offering either off-the-shelf tools that didn't fit, or large-scale engagements that assumed unlimited budgets and months of disruption.
We set out to do something more measured. Our team combines deep technical experience in machine learning and conversational AI with a practical understanding of how businesses here actually operate — the constraints, the stakeholders, the timelines.

Responsible Data Handling
Client data is used only for the agreed purpose. We document what we access, follow PDPA 2010 obligations, and delete or return all data at the end of every engagement.

Documented and version-controlled code
All code is documented and stored in a version control system you have access to. No black boxes, no undocumented scripts left behind.
Knowledge transfer at handover
We close every project with a walkthrough session for your team — covering how the system works, how to maintain it, and what to watch for as conditions change.
PDPA 2010 compliance
All data handling follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. We document what data we access, why, and for how long — and we delete it when the engagement ends.
Post-delivery support window
We include a 14-day support window after every delivery — so you have time to use what was built before the engagement fully closes.
